We are pleased to announce the establishment of a customer success team as well as strengthening our partner business through a multi-year unconstrained agreement of 15.5 billion yen with the target of reselling and providing Google Cloud technology and services.
In order to use and leverage Google Cloud, it is necessary to be backed up by a team with a comprehensive support system as well as a wide range of expertise and a rich track record. At Cloud Ace, we are also focusing on training and supporting engineers involved in projects regarding DX, expanding the training menu and strengthening Google Cloud technical support.
■Establishment of a customer success team
Cloud Ace established a new customer success team that accompanies customers throughout their cloud journey, providing trend information and advice on Google Cloud and helping customers successfully leverage Google Cloud. The team actively and systematically provides medium- to long-term proposals and follow-ups depending on the customers’ business growth to ensure optimal cloud usage.
■Offering a special commitment plan
The new commitment plan aims to optimize costs according to the scale of Google Cloud usage for customers who use Cloud Ace Customer Service (a comprehensive support service that provides partner billing and technical support for Google Cloud) through proposals by the customer success team. By concluding this plan, customers will receive not only cost benefits but also special technical support services by dedicated engineers.
