Migration Magento from on-prem to Google Cloud

USE.FLO-LINE is the leading distributor in Thailand who distributes good quality hydraulic equipment from all over the world. The company also produce, repair and recondition cylinders, power units and hydraulic valve blocks. The company services Includes design services, fixing and repairing , reconditioning for testing pumps, motors, and hydraulic cylinders of all types.
The challenge
Customer wanted to shift from using on-premise server to cloud native environment that is more suitable for the e-commerce website which previously developed by Magento. Moreover, Customer wanted to digitize the organizational culture.
The solution
Partner helped the company to migrate Magento to Google Cloud Platform for running web servers (LAMP) on Google Compute Engine, setting Cloud SQL for database and using Plesk (from Marketplace) for web hosting. Partner also provided G Suite the collaboration tools to transform the company work culture from traditional to digital.
The results
We successfully helped our customer to migrate Magento to Google Cloud Platform which resulted in the increased stability of website and transformed their work from traditional to digital.
As a result, customer able to reduce the maintenance costs and times by Google Cloud managed services. Also they were able to manage website’s systems in one platform and able to increase the stability of website.
